During clinical supervision, the main goal is to improve one's professional development and therapeutic skills as well as address workplace concerns while upholding ethical and standard practices to ensure safety. Safeguarding is a key aspect that is also emphasized.
Engaging in supervision enables the therapist to talk about their work with clients in a safe and contained environment.
As part of the clinical supervision process, the supervisee will gain self-awareness and reflect on their professional journey, including their goals, strengths, and challenges.
I work with both art psychotherapy students and those who have been working for many years as therapists.
I offer 1-hour sessions that take place either at my home studio located just outside of Henley on Thames or on Zoom for those who need supervision but cannot come to me in person.
